Hyperice Vyper 3 Vibration Roller
This Hyperice Vyper 3 vibration roller is a rechargeable foam roller that adds three vibration speeds to traditional foam rolling. It is made for warming up before training, working out tight spots afterward, and supporting recovery, including myofascial release for trigger points.
A high-torque 34W motor drives the vibration, so you can use less pressure and still get a deeper, more effective roll.
