I’ll send pics later. This is by far the best chest machine I’ve ever used and being a former NPC/AAU bodybuilder I’ve come across and have seen a lot. The stretch and angles of the press are unbelievable. You can do your whole chest routine just by the adjustment of the seat and still have the correct pathway of that part of the chest. This machine was developed by someone who knows their shit and knows the biomechanics of kinesiology. Great Job Gronk brothers, make some more.
Easy to assemble and solid!
I’ve been putting the Gronk Fitness seated chest press through its paces, and overall, this machine delivers where it matters most: feel, build quality, and usability. First off, the build quality is excellent. The frame and main components feel solid and commercial-grade. The finish—especially the gloss black on the weight horns—looks clean and holds up well. Small details stand out too, like how smooth it is to load and unload plates. It sounds minor, but when you’re training consistently, that ease adds up. Assembly was straightforward. It didn’t take much time, and everything lined up the way it should. The footprint is relatively compact for a plate-loaded press, which makes it a great fit for a home gym setup without feeling cramped. There are a couple of spots where the materials dip slightly—specifically the plastic end caps on the pivot points and the seat height adjustment holder. They don’t ruin the machine by any means, but compared to the rest of the build, they stand out as the only parts that don’t feel premium. Now the most important part: the feel. This is where the machine really shines. The converging arms are dialed in well—starting wider (around 22 inches behind) and coming in tighter at the top (around 8 inches), which creates a very natural pressing path. It feels closer to a free-weight press than most machines in this category. The stretch on the first rep is excellent. You get a deep, controlled bottom position that really loads the chest. Some people online complain that the first rep is too hard, but that hasn’t been my experience. If anything, it feels appropriately challenging in a way that tells you the resistance curve is doing its job. Once you’re moving, the motion stays smooth and consistent throughout the set. Overall, this is a high-quality, well-designed chest press that balances a great feel with practical usability. For a home gym, it’s a strong addition—especially if you value a natural pressing motion and solid construction. Final verdict: Great machine with standout feel and smart design details. Minor plastic components aside, it punches above its weight.

It took a long time to arrive as it was delayed due to how many people wanted them but once it arrived I could not be happier. Great solid piece that was not bad to assemble. Strength curve is perfect and it truly feels like a piece you would find at a commercial gym. Love it!

I've had this sitting in my garage, using it twice a week for 6 months and it still looks brand new. Very solid piece of equipment. I added 5" of height to where the plate arms set on to get an easier push on the first rep. You won't regret this purchase.
Solid commercial like feel. Great for me because of shoulder issues and not having gravity plus poundage aggravate it when laying flat if doing bench press. You also can go heavy in safety because of upright position.
I just received this from Gronk yesterday dropped off by fedex.. Last night I unboxed and assembled it by myself in just over an hour.. I have a good bit of home gym equipment (seated row, seated preacher curl, full rack system, large smith machine, cables and cable machines for pulldowns pushdowns etc) but this is by far my newest and most favorite piece yet!!! Absolutely love ths full stretch I get from this. It is a solid machine with smooth movement. I also made big blocks to place on the back rests to help with start up.. makes for easier first rep..
