Built for serious strength training, the GSFR100 features 180-degree swiveling pulleys with 43 adjustment positions, a quad-roller carriage on a chrome guide post, and a 2:1 cable ratio for extended travel on sports-specific and functional movements. Optional J-cups and safety spotters expand the unit into a 1,000 lb half-rack configuration.
