Body-Solid GST20B Utility Stool
The Body-Solid GST20B Utility Stool is a fixed-height seated platform for shoulder presses, triceps extensions, biceps curls, and other dumbbell and barbell work that needs upright posture without a full adjustable bench.
Body-Solid shapes the pad and frame to align the torso for seated training and reduce back stress while keeping movement free. A 12-gauge steel frame, extra-wide base, and double-stitched DuraFirm upholstery with high-density foam deliver a stable seat for home and light-commercial floors. Current production ships in black (2024 refresh).
