Force USA C20 All-In-One Trainer

The Force USA C20 is a commercial-grade all-in-one trainer built on true 3-inch × 3-inch 11-gauge uprights. It combines a power rack, Cornerstone® six-pulley functional trainer, and a Single Track Smith machine with dual integrated 200 lb weight stacks that upgrade to 250 lb or 300 lb per side.

A 43-inch interior and 1-inch holes on 2-inch centers accept the broader 3×3 attachment ecosystem. Center-connected cables deliver up to 600 lb of resistance. Integrated storage — a 47-slot pegboard, eight Olympic plate horns, and a UHMW-protected barbell holder — keeps attachments on the frame instead of the floor.

• Pulley Ratios: Freestyle arms 2:1; top center 2:1 single / 1:1 both pulleys; bottom center 1:1 single / 1:2 both pulleys (100 lb loaded = 200 lb resistance).
• Dual 200 lb Stacks: Upgradeable to 250 lb or 300 lb per side with a built-in 5 lb micro-adjustment plate. Maximum 600 lb when both 300 lb stacks connect at 1:1.
• Single Track Smith Machine: Guide rod, linear bearings, and safety lock in one 5-gauge steel column. Low start for a full deadlift; spinning sleeves; 35 lb integrated bar.
• Flush Self-Adjusting Base: Continuous floor contact instead of pedestal feet, so the frame settles on slightly uneven floors.
• Aircraft Cables: 5 mm nylon-coated mil-spec cable tested to 2,000 lb, running on high-grade aluminum pulleys.
• 20+ Pro-Grade Attachments: Aluminum cable attachments plus Quick-Lock J-cups and spotter arms that snap on without pins, with UHMW inserts to protect knurling.
• Integrated Storage: 47-slot pegboard with 12 pegs, recessed accessory shelf, 8 Olympic plate horns, UHMW barbell holder, magnetic landmine, and magnetic barbell safeties.
• Sliding Bench Ready: Optional Force USA Sliding Bench (sold separately) cable-connects for leg press, hack squat, leg curl, leg extension, and preacher curl — up to 600 lb on the lower center cables. Depth with the bench attached is 128 inches.
