Force USA Sliding Bench
The Force USA Sliding Bench is a cable-connected bench for compatible Cornerstone® trainers. It combines five stations on one frame — leg press, hack squat, leg curl, leg extension, and preacher curl — using the trainer’s dual weight stacks instead of Olympic plates.
Connected to the lower center cables, Force USA rates the bench up to 600 lb of resistance. An 11-gauge steel frame, 22-inch diamond-plated footplate, and a pad that goes flat, incline, or stores upright keep the stations on one piece that parks against a wall when you are done.
