I couldn’t believe how easy it was to assemble, I called to see if I should get someone The Gronk company had to do the install, Mark answered and said that most of the tricky part were already put together, took less than one and half hours to complete and started working out. Great product!

Very smooth pulley action. I’m 6’4 inches tall and can’t get a full Lat stretch using the Lat seat because the machine isn’t tall enough. I’m still very happy with this purchase .
love the machine. so many exercises you can do with it and the pulleys are very smooth. Solid build. looking forward to getting the half rack attachments so I can use a straight bar for squatting and benching. also they've been very Hands-On with customer service. Absolutely Amazing! I received my Gronk Fitness Functional trainer and could not be happier! This is an amazing piece of equipment that is solidly built and functional. I have purchased equipment from Gronk Fitness many times prior, dating back to the 90’s, and the experience is always seamless and everything that I have purchased is extremely high quality and built to last. This is no exception. The delivery was easy through FEDEX freight and was placed right in my garage. It comes is a large wooden box on a sturdy pallet with much of the assembly already done. The remaining set up was quick and easy, even for one person. I ordered the additional half rack, seated pulldown station and low plate row attachments. With the additional pieces this trainer allows me to do every exercise I need: bench press, squats, pulldowns, rows, cable crossovers, pull ups, tricep pushdowns and so much more. This is a high-end trainer that has addressed every possible detail in its construction. I cannot believe how smoothly the cables work! Also, the footprint is very compact for such a versatile piece of equipment. Being able to still use my free weights while allowing me to have all the additional options that the dual 200-pound weight stack provides opens so many training options. My wife is equally excited to work out on it. I highly recommend this product and Gronk Fitness!

Awesome!!! Buy, Buy, Buy!!! If you are undecided? Don’t be!!! This thing is awesome!!!. For a home functional trainer it is buttery smooth. The aluminum pulley upgrade on this thing takes it to another level at this price point. Take the 10% off and free shipping offer along with the 18mo/0% financing option, and how do you beat this thing. Not to mention the barbell jcup attachment. Also, this thing went together with ease. Took me less than an hour to assemble by myself. It already has Cables and all but 2 pulleys assembled on delivery. I do want to mention this will come on a freight truck and package is 750 or so pounds, but fedex was great and there are very few parts to actually assemble in comparison to other gym equipment I have purchased. If you watch garage gym reviews, it is a poor representation of this product as it lacks the advantage of the barbell jcup functionality . Love Coop but missed on this one. Ditched my rack and now have one machine that covers 90% of my training. Going to add a hack/leg combo and I will be set. Take the plunge on this machine, you won’t be disappointed. Buy, buy, buy!!!
Functional Fits everything I needed it to

2 in 1 Recently came across this and decided to pull the trigger. The reviews were right it was very easy to assemble. Switching from free weights to the functional trainer is as easy as taking off the J-Hooks. It's a very sturdy build and love the space saving capabilities. I was really looking to keep the free weights for squats and bench but be able to do cable workouts. Id say this was a winner for me.

Big Upgrade Love this home gym so far. The aluminum pulleys are nice that they come standard. Some companies i was looking at were charging 500+ for them as an upgrade. Fits nice into my home gym.
Family Workout! My family loves it. Husband uses it as a squat rack and for bench press. I like the cables for resistance training.
Great Equipment came in solid wooden box/crate. Shipping was really quick and gave me update on when it will show up at my house and driver gave me 30min notice prior to coming. Equipment was almost pre-assembled. All it needed was to install the middle pieces and weights. Took less than 1 hr. Functional is really well built and smooth. I find it much smoother than regular commercial gyms' functional trainer. Additional attachments are nice touch. You can't go wrong with the price you pay for this kind of quality product.
Perfect Size I needed a functional trainer with a lot of options that wasn't huge. Having the options to do free weights with a cable machine is great. I was impressed at how easy it was to assemble compared to other pieces Ive owned in the past.
Glad I Picked Gronk Fitness Very easy to put together as it comes almost complete. Packaging is literally a wooden crate, not easy to move around but great protection of the functional trainer. Once assembled, extremely smooth and amazing quality. Love the aluminum pulley's. Overall, super satisfied with the Gronk Fitness functional and would recommend it to others in a heartbeat.
AMAZING! This thing is stacked. Two 200 lbs steel stacks, Very smooth cables, Aluminium pulleys, stainless steel columns and great options. Looked at others including, Rogue and REP, none of them come close to the quality vs price compared to this functional. Super Happy with the purchase.
Very Happy! I was a bit nervous about buying this machine as it was a brand spanking new model and they only had it on the floor for a few days. Very happy I did though, Gronk Fitness did a great job with this functional trainer. Everything feels and looks high quality and the cable movement is super smooth. I also bought the Lat-pulldown bench attachment and the foot plate attachment, I couldn’t be happier that they had those options and at a reasonable price. It was easy to put together, took me about an hour.
Great Functional Trainer! I've had this functional trainer for a few weeks now, and I'm in love with it! Solid build with great additional attachments: row plate, lat bench, and half rack (which I have all of). Better buy than Reps equivalent functional trainer. Buy this, you won't be disappointed. Comes mostly together in a giant crate that is well packaged. Doesn't take too long to put together. Highly recommend!
