The Life Fitness Symbio SwitchCycle Home Edition is a 2-in-1 bike that supports a seated upright ride and out-of-saddle indoor-cycle work. A fixed drive (no freewheel) keeps the pedals rotating continuously. Dual-sided pedals offer a buckle-strap side and a cleat-compatible side. A keyed pedal lock immobilizes the cranks when the bike is not in use — exclusive to the Home SwitchCycle.
This unit ships with the 24" 1080p HD AIT touchscreen. Interactive Terrains (100+), Life Fitness On Demand+ (500+ classes), streaming apps, live TV, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 / ANT+ heart rate, Qi charging up to 10 W, Apple Watch GymKit, and Samsung Galaxy Watch. 100 resistance levels (0–99) are driven by a generator with a belt drive. Maximum power output is 1,000 watts. Thumb switches on the handlebars adjust resistance. A Polar-compatible chest strap is included.
